This material does not damage metals as is risked with cheaper chrome tanned leathers if common shortcuts have been made in the tanning process.

Covers should not have extended contact with even small amounts of water. The top finish provides limited water resistance but prolonged exposure will damage finish.

Tools are held by friction alone in this design. Straps could be added by request to make more suitable for travel or more protective of falls.
