This leather clipboard provides a beautiful writing surface with the perfect amount of give for a smooth writing or drawing experience. Similar in feel to one of my luxurious desk pads but small enough to carry wherever you might go and rigid enough to be used in the crook of an arm.
These are proudly made of leather from the Hermann Oak Tannery in St Louis Missouri. The oldest tannery in the United States, in continuous operation since 1881 and producing a leather without equal. It is not known for its flawless finish, these cattle lived lives and have scars to show for it. It is sought after for its matchless working qualities which allow craftsmen like me to do our best work.
To this lustrous material I have applied every tool and technique accumulated in the last 14 years of study and I am quite proud of the results.
This is an aluminum clipboard that has been wrapped in leather. The clip is the only exposed metal. This will not scratch quality wooden desk tops.
The outer measures are 13.25 inches by 9.25 inches. This will accommodate US Letter sized paper and A4 paper with additional area for supporting the paper away from the body and for supporting the hand when used while standing.
